I started my childcare career 22 years ago working with children with additional needs and absolutely loved it. Over the years, I have come to the opinion that there is nothing more satisfying than when a child looks at you with immense joy when they achieve their goals. My philosophy is simple. Children need the freedom to make their own decisions, and it’s our job as educators to help them do that. They must be able to explore the world through their eyes, ask as many questions as they need to, and have the confidence to express ideas and learn from their mistakes.

AVOID THIS SECURITY AT ALL COSTS!!! The principal of this daycare actually left a review for her daycare on Google. Our son attended this preschool for 6 weeks (they require 4 weeks notice to leave instead of the standard 2 weeks). He started with a 5 day week and eventually we went down to 2 days. Teacher shortage – Teachers are more concerned with paperwork and reporting. They wrote a very long diary every day. We picked up our son at 3 p.m., he was already packed and was waiting for us to arrive. Other children were busy with the iPad while the teachers cleaned the room. The turnover rate of teachers is very high. All the teachers in my son’s room were different when we left kindergarten. They have nice outdoor facilities. But the entire time my son was there he played outside less than 5 times. Understandably, since there is a lot of childcare in the building, teachers would rather not risk letting their children out and play freely. Every fortnight you should carefully check the statement they sent. We were billed for about $300. We had to notify the administrator to investigate ours
