Great value for money with accommodation in a 4 star hotel for 4 couples. The tour guide was very helpful and took us to amazing places in Sapa. We would like to thank Thuy the tour guide and especially Marco from Impress Travel for their great service and trust throughout our journey. The impressions of the trip were incredible. I made my reservations with Daniel for our Vietnam trip and I have to say that Daniel was very professional and prompt with his services. All arrangements, plans, boarding and disembarkation services, hotels, vehicles, transfers and airport guides were punctual and excellent. I stayed 4 nights in Hanoi, 1 night on the Hà Long Bay cruise, 3 nights in Hoian, 4 nights in Saigon and 1 night in Can Tho. It was absolutely terrifying. Every part of the trip was organized and organized. I recommend Impress Travel to anyone interested in visiting Vietnam. Very organized and very reliable!
At first I was planning a trip to Hanoi, Halong Bay and Ninh Binh for a small family. Some acquaintances of friends heard about our plans and wanted to participate in the trip. When I was excited at the prospect of going to Vietnam with good friends, I took great care to ensure that everything was well organized and that everyone was satisfied. It was a wonderful place to visit in northern Vietnam, we really enjoyed every trip especially the food, the culture, the beautiful view and so on.
Good accommodation, especially Thang Long Espana Hotel (automated hotel management upgraded us to VIP rooms. It’s really unexpected). In general the tours n places are very well visited but only the local guides do not organize the itineraries well. Especially in Sapa Lao Cai and Cat Cat Villages, the trip explained on the same day is about 8 hours and 7 km (which is day 1 and 2 days of arrival) is tiring. He hadn’t had enough lunch for 4 so many hours. In Danang Bana Hill local guide shd arrange 2 visits Bana Hill 1st n no last coz ‘has little time n not good photos taken because of rain (morning time no rain).

We are a family of 6 from Singapore and Malaysia joining the Hanoi trip from Oct 30 to Nov 04, 2019. We are really impressed with the company and tour guides with their professionalism and well organized organization. Lily is our guide to Hanoi, Tam Coc and Ninh Binh. She is excellent and very informative. She took care of us until late at night. We walked from the old quarter to the hotel and went to explore the famous roadside restaurants. She also helped us avoid paying for our crib. Another captain, David BK (Swan Cruise), took us on a cruise in Halong Bay. She is excellent and witty. He handles everything along the way. He served guests on the cruise, organized happy hour, directed us to kayak, taught Taiji lessons, and cooked on the cruise. The cruise ship is ok and the hotel in Hanoi-Adams Hotel is small but new and clean with a reasonable breakfast. Thanks anyway for the wonderful arrangement.
We booked 8 days in a 9 person private travel package to Vietnam and North Central. We have experienced excellent and very professional service from the Impress Travel team. Tommy was easy to contact and accommodated our requests.
All tours were very good, spoke good English, friendly and patient. All vehicles were very clean, spacious enough for our group of 6 adults and 3 children. The drivers were very safe and punctual.

For transport the car is good and the driver is pleasant but just a little communication with the driver is less good in english. but overall great!!

I was looking for a specific travel agent and came across Print Travel and their many reviews. I booked 5D/4N, Hanoi-Trang An-Halong Bay private trip for a group of 6. I shared the entire time with Mr. Daniel Dang until the day we arrived. Mestre Daniel is very patient, helpful and accommodating to our needs, although there have been many changes to the itinerary. The price is very reasonable unlike other travel agents.

Although we paid for a 3 star package, the hotel (Thang Long Espana Hotel), meals and transport were also above average. Our group’s trip to Hanoi was very enjoyable and memorable.

Thanks to Mr. Tommy and team for putting together an active and interesting team in all 3 countries. In every town or village we find very friendly and knowledgeable leaders. We went in June because it was hot and we were always very happy to wait for the air conditioned vehicle to cool the water. We traveled by plane, train, car and boat and everything was fabulously organized by Mr. Tommy flawlessly. You helped us with site selection so many aspects from all 3 regions!
