Flight To China From Melbourne – Scheduled to launch on 2 January 2023, the Taiwan-based airline will operate Taipei – Danang (DAD) with Airbus A321neo aircraft five times a week on Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Fridays and Saturdays.
Before Covid19, China Airlines had daily flights to Ho Chi Minh (Saigon) and Hanoi. With the launch of the Taipei-Da Nang route next year, the airline will have full coverage of North, Central and South Vietnam.

China Airlines Boosts Flights To Australia, Resumes Auckland
Starting this month, the Kaohsiung-Manila route will increase to three times a week, and services will resume on December 18 with four weekly direct flights on the Taichung-Ho Chi Minh route.
The Kaohsiung-Bangkok service will continue from January 2023 to avoid people in central and southern Taiwan having to travel to Taipei to reach the Thai capital.
Southeast Asia will have 17 passenger routes during the Lunar New Year period in late January 2023. Around 120 round-trip flights to Asian destinations – Southeast offers more international travel options for Taiwanese travelers every week.
The airline operates Airbus A321neo aircraft on flights to Cebu (CEB), Philippines and Chiang Mai (CNX), Thailand.
