Coffs Harbor Airport General Manager Frank Mondello said he was excited about Virgin Australia’s return to the region and looked forward to the airline giving local residents more choice in air travel.

Qantas will launch three new routes to Coffs Harbor and Byron Bay (Ballina) from April 1 to “support growing demand for Australian holidays” to avoid another round of state border closures.
Additionally, Sydney-Coffs Harbor will supply the familiar Q400 large two-class Boeing 717s during the April school holidays.
