No, decorations are not something we provide, but you are welcome to bring your own on board. If you are bringing decorations to the table please remember that you are in a public dining room, they can sit at your table and not disturb other guests. The only restriction we have on decorations is that we do not allow confetti or candles (battery operated accepted) or any other inappropriate decorations. If you plan to bring any decorations on board please advise your group coordinator so they can arrange priority boarding to allow you to board as soon as the ship opens so you can decorate your table.

Speeches (not obvious) can be made at your table or if there is an entertainer on board, we’d like to organize a ‘shout out’ for you (eg “Happy 40th Birthday Zoe”). Please let your group coordinator know what you would like.
If you have a boat or level preference, you can of course request it, however as this is not a private booking this cannot be guaranteed. Boat allocation is usually not decided until the week of the voyage and is determined based on several factors such as numbers, mobility requirements of guests, etc. We do our best to fulfill as many requests as possible, but this cannot be guaranteed.
This is not a private area, our dining area has your own table(s) and like any other restaurant, other guests are seated in the dining room. If you choose to book one of these options, we ask that you consider this when planning any decorations or speeches. Unfortunately, you can’t have guests at your table with the Ultimate Beverage Package and others without. We understand that there may be circumstances where one person in your group cannot drink (ie pregnant, or does not drink etc.). If this is the case, all guests can choose the only travel option and purchase drinks from our bar during the trip.

Group reservations for 16 or more guests can be made over the phone. To secure a group booking, a 20% deposit is required at the time of booking. This 20% is based on the maximum number of invitees (ie, the number of guests you invite). The final payment for your reservation is due 14 days before your travel date. Failure to do so may result in cancellation of your booking and forfeiture of your deposit.
Please note that this status is irreversible, so before saving, please make sure all parties are ready to proceed. Please ensure that the date you have selected is correct before booking. Deposits paid/final balance are non-refundable.
14 days or more: Changes to booking dates or changes to guest numbers can be made 14 days or more before your travel date (travel date excluding 14), so if you booked on Saturday, August 28, your booking will be changed . you can until the end of business on Saturday August 14). Date changes may be permitted, subject to availability and excluding special event dates. Alternatively, if you wish to cancel your booking we can issue a credit voucher for 100% (excluding any surcharges) of the value you have paid so far, which can be used for any regularly scheduled travel (excluding special event dates).
