So if you use the first 70,000, you will have the first from Sydney or Melbourne to Los Angeles and the business to New York. If you look at a business at 50,000 book, you will have business all the way to Los New York.

Of course, this won’t work for everyone because not everyone uses Alaska points to book their Qantas options. But do use this. This is fantastic if you are planning a trip to New York at a later date.

This can also be done if you want to do the same on the way home and you want to stop in Los Angeles.
