I went here for a 4 day course and the hospitality staff (Neil, AB, Nora, Rose and Elka) were very welcoming, nothing was too much trouble and they went above and beyond to make us more comfortable. The food was delicious and much better than anything I’ve had before. The facilities available to us were excellent. Always clean, stocked and of high quality.

We stayed one night at the Mercure Hotel Manchester. Excellent customer service throughout the hotel. Nora in particular at the bar was very friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend Mercure to family and friends.

Arriving for afternoon tea, we were met with a smile by AB who took us to our seats, the staff were very pleasant and the service was excellent. Glasses of Prosecco followed by a fantastic selection of sandwiches, cakes and scones. Great views of the city

The International Suite
Although we didn’t stay at the hotel, we came for afternoon tea. We were greeted with friendly smiles and received attentive service, which was appreciated. Good selection of sandwiches/cakes. Prosecco came out on top in experience. Thanks !:)

The hotel is ideally located – we had gigs at the O2 Empire and the New Century and it was in the middle of both. Also convenient to take the tram from the airport. The hotel could do with some love – the reception is in a weird place and the lifts seem to do whatever they want. But our room was clean and the beds were nice and clean, which we needed as there weren’t too many of them
