Mitsubishi Heavy Industries is a business focused primarily on really heavy things like warships, spacecraft, bridges and trains. I wonder why they started making air conditioners.
I think they had so many offices and factories that they got sick of substituting inferior sharing systems after clapping after 3 years. The funny thing about MHI is that we bought directly from their Australian office. We were assigned a sales representative named Lance. He drove a Mitsubishi Lancer, I kid you not. He said, “Hi, I’m Lance from Mitsubishi, I came with a Mitsubishi Lancer, so you want to buy air conditioners?” Who said the Japanese don’t have a sense of humor? Yes, so to claim your money, buy one of our systems and when you pay your bill, go to the Mitsubishi website, scan it and send them all your information. Then you should see some money.
