The staff were exceptional and nothing was too much trouble. Only comment was that the breakfast room was very hot and crowded at times, not sure what they could do here to improve it. The shower in the room was great but it was very difficult to keep the water on the bathroom floor. Again, I’m not sure how they could fix this. Definitely a good place for families, next time we will look for an adult only place as it was too kid friendly at times, hard to find a place without kids which is ok if you were there with the kids by yourself. We do not.
First impression was great, my check in was easy. We waited for someone to show us our room and waited finally that we started going and the cleaning lady helped us find our rooms. Loved the wear and tear in the hotel. The main breakfast room can get very hot even with the fans running. Can be very slow to sit down for breakfast at busy times. Pre-paid service purchased (for those who do not have a credit card to book to the room). It was not properly explained and in the last 2 days a huge sum of money has been reached, non-refundable balance.

We had a dive room with a pool liked the room, it cooled great at any time our pool had loose tiles, sharp edges on the steps. The wooden deck was very hot to walk on.
The room could use a ceiling fan to help with air circulation and our best pillows were very flat.
You also need to know that additional taxes that you need to add to your resort purchase are not added to the price. The price is then + 2 taxes.
The resort is within walking distance of local restaurants but nice to walk on the beach.
