Lyric is a service launched in 2014 specializing in the rental, renovation and conversion of housing units and hotel floors for business travelers. The clientele mainly includes business and professional travelers looking for accommodation from two to 200 days on rental platforms such as Airbnb, HomeAway and Booking.com.
The Lyric Suites are all equipped with Casper mattress, Wi-Fi, connected TV, keyless access, fully equipped kitchen, washer and dryer, and access to fitness centers, swimming pools and business lounges.

“Since the opening of the hotel, Furnished Quarters has grown from a regional corporate housing provider to a successful global operator. We have made the strategic decision to focus our efforts on our core business of staying over 30 days in furnished apartments, “he added.
As agreed as part of the alliance, Furnished Quarters will become the only corporate housing company able to secure hotel reservations at Lyric’s units at 70 Pine. Additionally, Furnished Quarters customers receive special negotiated rates in Lyric’s units at 70 Pine.

Lower Manhattan is an ever-changing neighborhood: steeped in history, built by captains of industry on the foundations of optimism, inventiveness and success that thrive today for modern businesses. It has also become the new trendy neighborhood in Midtown Manhattan, a unique and attractive place to live and work in today’s city. Located at the intersection of Pine Street and Pearl Street in a historic building, Q&A is an ideal New York base.
Here, you are within walking distance of the city’s major attractions, from Wall Street commerce to connoisseur-favorite quiet eateries. You can stroll to the South Street Seaport or the beautiful Battery Park, which frames the waterfront. You can probably walk to work. You are ideally located for visiting Ellis Island, the Statue of Liberty, the New York Stock Exchange and the 9/11 Memorial.
You have an exceptional range of shops and restaurants in the immediate area – your choice of grocery stores, salons and hairdressers and boutiques, pharmacies, cobblers, banks, some of the best luxury services and amenities in the city. And, of course, the numerous subway lines and transportation options that converge here, virtually all of them, provide quick and easy access to the rest of New York.
I liked the spacious room, the bathroom, the open kitchen, the big bed, the sofas and the desk … I slept great. I will consider returning when I plan a visit to downtown NYC. Have you ever wanted to pretend you lived in Manhattan? Or are you in town on a long business trip? Or maybe you’re just a New Yorker stuck in a tiny apartment trying to spend a night or two out of the cramped neighborhoods? For each of these cases, the Q&A Hotel might be perfect for you. Located in the financial district, this residential hotel is actually a converted condominium, so each suite is a huge fully furnished studio, one- or even two-bedroom space originally intended for long-term living. You still get most of the amenities you’d expect from a hotel, like housekeeping, toiletries, and free Wi-Fi, but in a space that’s nearly twice the size of many of Manhattan’s small hotel rooms, with the added bonus of a full kitchen.

Unlike other hotel kitchens, which may have a mini-fridge and hob, the Q&A Hotel suites all have a wide range of kitchenware, a kitchen island with sink, stove, oven, and refrigerator with standard size freezer. We took advantage of this by grabbing freezer bags and a cake from the Archoke Pizza at City Acres Market just below the Q&A Hotel and freezing all the slices to take to Hong Kong. I highly recommend it if you want to take a piece of New York home with you! The market below is also very convenient for your stay as it has a grocery store full of fresh produce and food vendors such as Vanessa’s Dumpling House and the aforementioned Pizza Artichoke.
If you’re planning on staying in NYC for a while, a full kitchen is a great option if you want to cook some of your own meals, which can be especially useful if you’re going on a long business trip or traveling with kids. The hotel also has the Blue Park Kitchen on the ground floor for an easy, quick, and casual option for healthier bowls when you don’t feel like cooking.
We stayed in an executive studio with a really comfortable king size bed that had a nice headboard with built-in nightstands and USB ports on either side. There was also a sitting area with a full size sofa and coffee table in front of the TV, L’Occitane products in the large bathroom with tub and two shower heads (!) And a reading corner with desk at the entrance to the suite. . We loved the modern style and unique design elements of the space – it actually made us envy the apartment! Our only criticism was that the TV was facing the sofa rather than the bed. So, if you want to watch TV in bed, you need to turn on the TV. There wasn’t even a full length mirror and I would have liked a bathrobe.
Finding the hotel lobby will seem a little strange to you as you navigate a larger lobby to the apartments and offices that occupy the other floors of the building. But as soon as you arrive in the hotel lobby, you will be greeted by the friendly 24-hour reception to receive the keys to your apartment.

In terms of location, the Q&A Hotel is around the corner from the Wall Street 2 3 subway station and five blocks from the Fulton Street 2 3 subway entrance, which connects to the larger Fulton Center / Oculus transit hub. which is home to nearly all train lines from Manhattan to Brooklyn, Queens and Bronx, as well as the PATH train connection to New Jersey. This makes it very convenient if you want to visit other areas of the city or fly out of Newark Airport using public transportation. If you want to explore downtown Manhattan, you can easily walk to all major attractions such as Wall Street, the World Trade Center, South Street Seaport, Battery Park, and the Manhattan pedestrian entrance to the Brooklyn Bridge.
Overall, we really enjoyed our stay at the Q&A Hotel. It made us feel like we were living in Manhattan again, only with a nicer space. The location was also
