When I was introduced to this QV brand I had high hopes and so far they have been rewarded with great quality products.

When it comes to this intense body moisturizer, the formula is as the name suggests; it’s very intense. A thick lotion, almost waxy in texture, it’s solid in the tube but melts on my skin, reminding me of coconut oil.

I have a definite lotion feel to my hands after using this, but I was expecting a stronger moisturizing formula. The feeling lasts a long time even after washing hands, which I really like in this case. I bought this intensive moisturizer because I needed an intensive treatment; the longevity of this moisturizer on my skin is exactly what I want and need right now.
I will be using this cream regularly before bed and throughout the day as needed. When I first started using it, my hands were dry, cracked, and bled in some areas. The hand cream I was using before was also called intensive, but it burned and stung my skin after applying it, which actually made my skin worse instead of better.
I would say that within a week of using this QV Intensive Body Moisturizer, my hands were almost completely healed. I have never used a cream that has such a fast and positive effect on my skin. It’s completely non-irritating, never irritated or reddened my skin when using it.
I have been using this moisturizer only on my skin for about a month and my skin is completely healthy and healing again. After that month, I cut back to using this cream only before bed because it is very intense after application. However, I liked the formula and the results so much that I purchased the same formula in a less intense version to use during the day if needed.

This QV Intensive Body Moisturizer completely exceeded my expectations. It instantly healed my very dry skin without irritating it at all. Within a week, my skin was almost completely healed and no longer caused me irritation or pain. I have since purchased the less intense version of the cream which leaves my skin soft and soothing and will probably buy more from the QV range in the future.
