Secure Events And Assets – Cedar Mill Group, owned by Winarch Capital, has acquired Australian security and events provider Secure Events and Assets (SEAA) from its founders, Jim and Tara Fidler, with both executives remaining with the company.
SEAA provides security solutions for larger venues and events, with services such as venue and asset protection, crowd control, concierge, front of house, cash management, alcohol management, and access control and VIP management.

SEAA also promotes incident public safety, crowd management and risk management, occupational health and safety and risk management, personal safety and field communication and training.

SEAA is Cedar Mill Group’s second major acquisition following the 2021 purchase of Humm Events under CEO Kyle McKendry.
McKendry will continue to lead Humm Events, along with the multi-million dollar Cedar Mill Hunter Valley and Cedar Mill Lake Macquarie resort areas.
