“Sunrise at Smiths Beach” is a lovely 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom home with ocean views, lots of street space and covered parking located just down the road from Smiths Beach Mall and the beach. Some of the many features of this lovely home are listed below:
Downstairs is the third bedroom, laundry room and storage space. There is also an outdoor bathroom with toilet and shower, perfect for a shower after a day at the beach.
Upstairs is an open plan lounge/diner/kitchen with TV, DVD player, Bluetooth sound system reverse cycle split and access to a large balcony with sea and countryside views to Cape Woolamai. There is also a bedroom upstairs (with en suite (no WC) and WIR), another bedroom and bathroom with bath, shower and separate WC.

In addition to the upper level entertaining deck and grill, there is a large backyard and underground parking for 2 cars.
The fully equipped kitchen is equipped with standard kitchen utensils, plates, cutlery, microwave, coffee machine, toaster, kettle, etc.
The kitchen and living/dining area is served by a split return air system and there are mobile oil heaters and standing fans used in all bedrooms.

Standard bookings come with duvets, comforters, tea towels, towels and bathrobes. Guests can bring their own sheets (flats and equipment), pillows and towels or choose to pay extra for “bedding optional”. The cost of providing optional bedding is a one-off fee per stay at $30 per king/queen/double bed and $15 per single bed. Please let us know if you would like this additional service.
Please note that during summer and other peak times, check-out times are set at 15.00 (unless agreed in advance). Please note that if you receive optional linen hire during these times, it may include leaving the linen out but the beds not being made.

Just a short walk from popular Smiths Beach, this 2-story, family-friendly home is the perfect getaway. Tucked away at the end of a quiet court, this large home has much to offer the whole family.
The main living space has an open plan lounge/kitchen/dining room. Open and sunny with polished wooden floors and floor to ceiling windows, this is a lovely comfortable room with a wall mounted flat screen TV and DVD player. There is a wood-burning stove and a split system for heating and cooling. There is a large central dining table with room for 10 people.
Ycw Beach (smiths Beach): All You Need To Know Before You Go
The kitchen is very well equipped with an electric stove, microwave, coffee machine and dishwasher as well as a large fridge with ice machine. There are plenty of plates and salad bowls for entertaining and outdoor dining outside on the deck. A deck is accessible from the lounge and there is a gas BBQ and outdoor setting, a great place to sit and relax. You can see the water from the deck.
The upper floor has a bedroom with a queen-size bed, en-suite with shower and toilet and a power room.
Downstairs is another seating area designed with children in mind, including a flat screen TV, DVD, R/C, Foosball Foosball table and board games. Two further bedrooms are also downstairs, one with a queen size bed and the other with two sets of bunks and trundle, there is a family bathroom with shower and toilet and the laundry has a washer and dryer, iron and ironing board.
There is ample space for two cars in the double carport and secure parking for one car with an electric roller door (not available on all bookings due to owner reservations). There is also an outdoor shower.
