If the return is due to our error (you received an incorrect or faulty item etc.) Frankies will pay for the return shipping.
Your refund balance will be issued as store credit toward your next product purchase or directly credited to your PayPal, ZipPay, credit card, or bank deposit account. You should receive your refund within four weeks of handing over the package to the return sender, however in many cases you will receive your refund sooner. This time period includes the transit time to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes to process the return after receipt (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

Frankie’s offers $9 flat rate shipping to Australia, however some larger/heavier items may incur higher charges regardless of number of items, we will communicate with you when processing your order. Frankie’s aim to process and dispatch all orders within 48 hours or 2 working days as stock allows. Transit time to most capital and regional cities is 3-4 days, however rural areas or areas outside normal carrier operations should take an additional 72 hours (3 business days)
For express shipping we offer $25 flat rate shipping to Australia, however larger/heavier items and remote areas may incur additional/higher charges which will be advised/quoted when your order is processed.
Unfortunately, for insurance reasons Frankie’s Auto Electrics is currently unable to deliver to PO Boxes, Parcel Lockers and alternative delivery options may be available. Additional fees may apply.
We carry over 6000 different items and sometimes we wait for the shipment ourselves. This is rarely a problem, but sometimes if the delivery time is expected to exceed 8 working days, the order is delayed and the customer is notified by email.
