St Hallett Blackwell was named by Bob McLean to honor the dedication and hard work of winemaker Stuart Blackwell.
Aroma: Blackwell contains notes of dark chocolate, wild raspberry and hints of clove, anise. It has subtle violet flower aromas, raspberry flavors when the wine starts to shine.
Taste: clear black cherry flavor. Lots of minerals and a complex texture, with fruit, spices and pepper. Adding rich tannins, a complex structure and a long flavor with a spicy pepper aroma.
