Thursday Plantation Tea Tree Face Wash For Acne – One thing I always feel like fighting is acne. I’ve mentioned in a couple of posts about my adult hormonal acne and it just doesn’t want to go away! When I was sent the Garden Tea Tree Acne Line on Thursday, I was curious to see how it would work. I’ve been using it for about a month now and am happily impressed!
Let me start by saying that I have used tea tree oil (not jupiter garden) in the past and there is literally no difference in my skin. I had heard such good things about tea tree oil, so I was willing to give this line a chance. The entire line comes with 4 items:

I really like this face wash. The lather is very thick and definitely feels like you are getting a deep clean. It did dry out my skin a bit, so I would say it is definitely recommended for people with oily skin. That being said, I didn’t feel like my skin was completely exfoliated, it just felt soft and clean.

Next is the tea tree and hazelnut toner. This was my favorite part because the toner was so strong and my skin was so dry. As I used up the rest of the line, I ended up not using it daily and only used it on my oily parts (t-zone). I think this is a good second step if you have really stubborn acne.
Next is the third step, the cream! I liked this cream, but I didn’t like it. I find it essential every time I use toner. The cream feels very “medicated”, which is good, but I don’t use it as much as other creams I have. It definitely brought moisture back into my skin, which is definitely needed after using regular patches!
Finally, my favorite part of the products I got to try was the medicated spot treatment gel. I love this because I felt a noticeable difference in my spots after just one night. It really dries out crazy places. With skin care, it can be hard to notice a real difference, but I can definitely say that my large cystic spots have been noticeably improved with this spot treatment.
Overall, I would say this line is definitely good for acne. For me, hormonal acne is a little harder to prove as it is, and a little harder to prevent. I found this line kept my skin very clear, but I think it helped with the spots I occasionally get. If there’s one thing I recommend, it’s medicated gel. The rest of the line is worth trying to dry very oily skin. If only I had this during my teenage acne!

Wet your face and work the product into a lather. Gently massage into skin, avoiding eyes and eye area. Wash thoroughly and dry.
